BROKER VS RETAIL:

I can access more than 75+ lenders, which enables me to compare loan scenarios and find the most favorable terms for my clients. This gives me an edge over retail establishments that are limited to their own set of rates. In addition, I offer wholesale rates that are much more appealing than those advertised by Rocket, Fairway, Chase, and other retail lenders. This is because I have lower margins compared to retail operations, which need to pay for a large amount of support staff and management. The savings from these lower costs are passed on to my clients in the form of lower rates and fees. As a result, my rates are usually around 0.25% to 0.5% better than retail rates, without any incurred cost.

I offer my clients -$0-, which can usually amount to an extra $1,200 to $1,600 in closing costs as retail lenders typically charge an Underwriting and/or processing fee. This is beneficial for them as it helps them save money on the transaction.
