Rebecca's journey in Scottsdale's real estate market began in 1993 after moving from Long Island, New York. Recognizing the area's potential, she launched her career with Saddleback Homes and then further honed her expertise with Jackson Properties New Builds. This gave her a unique perspective, teaching her every facet of building a home from the ground up.

Her venture into the wholesale bakery business with her late husband, Manlio Smeraldo SR, further polished her sales prowess. After his passing, Rebecca returned to the real estate arena, joining Keller Williams and later the renowned Mauricio Umansky’s brokerage, The Agency in Scottsdale.

Enter Manlio JR, Rebecca’s ambitious son. Joining forces at The Agency, they became a dynamic duo in the luxury property market. Manlio's keen eye for dated properties led him to the world of remodeling, transforming old homes into modern masterpieces.

Today, as part of Gentry Real Estate, the Nestfinders team, which consists of Nestfinder LLC and Nestfinders Realty, is committed to excellence, whether it's helping buyers land their dream homes, aiding sellers in getting top value, or assisting homeowners in remodeling.
